Wolverine Memories

Somebody used this little camera - and judging from the images, not recently. It appears that a student used this particular Namco to document teachers and classmates, a storm damaged house and a field trip to the State Capitol at Lansing, Michigan. Look...

This took a little detective work, but it finally dawned on me that all three of these images were related to each other. Springing into action, I jumped to the easiest conclusion - I bought the camera from someone in Michigan, so I scoped the Michigan State websites, and glommed onto a picture of the Capitol as it exists today:

Then I welded a couple of the Namco images together for comparison:

A rough match, to be sure, but a match all the same. The Capitol at Lansing, Michigan as it appeared some fifty or sixty years ago.
