The Not-So Fabulous Fifties

Is it just me, or is this box a little disturbing? Maybe it's the memory of the horribly repressive fifties - Eisenhower, McCarthy The Cold War, a young and vital Elvis and all that. Then there was that creepy frog with Andy Devine, and Flub-A-Dub, what was Flub-A-Dub all about, some kind of atomic mutant? Was Buffalo Bob under his control? And why couldn't Winky Dink do anything without help? Was he inept or co-dependent?

Excuse me, they've just slid my medication under the door.
